Booking Terms and Policies

Thank you for booking our art and DIY courses. To protect your rights and ensure a smooth class experience, please read the following booking and refund policies carefully:
1. Booking

All classes must be booked in advance through our website, by phone, or in person. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please book early to secure your spot.
2. Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your class, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to arrange an alternative time, subject to availability.

Each booking may be rescheduled once free of charge. Additional rescheduling may incur a handling fee.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the class will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 48–72 hours before the class will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class are non-refundable.

Failure to attend without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
4. Refund Process

To request a refund within the allowed timeframe, please contact 0466 666 360 (Message Only). Refunds will be processed within one business day.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Class Cancellation

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as teacher unavailability, extreme weather, or force majeure), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes and will notify you as early as possible.

If a class is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative date.
6. Additional Notes

Please plan your time carefully, as spots are reserved in advance.

Some promotional offers, packages, or special event classes are non-refundable and non-cancellable once booked. Please refer to the specific course details.
